Delete your VisiTrans account
Request permanent deletion of your VisiTrans account and data associated with it. This service is provided by Weerocks LLC.
Send your deletion request
Use the email address linked to your VisiTrans account so we can verify ownership.
Account deletion is irreversible. Your remaining credits, membership benefits, cloud tasks, and account settings cannot be restored after deletion.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address linked to your account.
Use the button above or email public@weerocks.com with the subject “Delete My VisiTrans Account.” - Identify the account.
Include your account email and, if available, your VisiTrans User ID. Do not include a password, verification code, or payment details. - Complete verification if requested.
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you control the account and protect it from unauthorized deletion. - Receive confirmation.
After verification, we generally complete deletion within 30 days. If applicable law permits more time, we will explain the reason and expected completion date.
What happens to your data
| Deleted or de-identified | Account profile, email association, User ID, active sessions, cloud preferences, credit and membership entitlement links, support data attributable only to the account, and attributable cloud translation-task data. |

| On-device data | Translation history stored only on your device must be removed in the app, by clearing VisiTrans app data, or by uninstalling the app. |
| Google services | Deleting VisiTrans does not delete your Google Account. Google Play payment and transaction systems are managed by Google. |
| Limited retention | Service, security, and error logs may be retained for up to 180 days. Deleted data may remain in isolated backup rotation for up to 90 days. Necessary order, tax, accounting, refund, dispute, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained where legally required or permitted—in some regions, for up to seven years. Irreversibly anonymized information may also remain. |
Retained records are separated from ordinary product use and used only for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your VisiTrans account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Before deletion, cancel it in Google Play Subscriptions. You will generally keep paid access until the end of the current billing period shown by Google Play.
